By accessing Easy Inspection Software (the "Platform") or engaging our property inspection services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your software subscription, use of our digital report builder, and any related on-site inspection services provided by Masood12 LLC.
2. Software Subscription & Billing
Easy Inspection Software is offered on recurring subscription terms (monthly or annual). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period. All new software subscriptions are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
3. User Accounts & Data Security
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. You retain ownership of all inspection reports, client records, and photographic data uploaded to your software workspace.
4. Inspection Services Limitations
Where physical on-site inspections are contracted, evaluations represent visual, non-invasive examinations of accessible property components at the time of inspection. Reports are informational assessments and do not constitute warranties or insurance guarantees.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Masood12 LLC and Easy Inspection Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data transmission delays beyond our reasonable control.
